Noe’ Noonan School of Cosmetology is a licensed Cosmetology School through the Pennsylvania State Board of Cosmetology and a member of the Mid Atlantic Association of Career Schools. We are approved for the following programs: Cosmetology, Teacher, Esthetician, and Nail Technician.
