Consumer Information and Disclosures
The Higher Education Act of 1965 (HEA), as amended by the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 (HEOA), includes many disclosure and reporting requirements for post-secondary education institutions. Disclosures are available to applicants, students, employees, as well as the general public upon request. This guide is designed to provide those disclosures as well as additional pertinent disclosures and information, so consumers are able to make a fully informed decision when choosing a post-secondary institution. All applicants to Noe’ Noonan are provided with a copy of the School Catalog and the Consumer Information Guide during the admissions process. The consumer information is also available to the general public by request through the admissions department and on our website: www.noenoonan.com.
Accessibility Disclosure
All students receive breaks during the school day and are provided with quiet places to test untimed upon request. We provide accommodations allowed by the State Board of Cosmetology before they sit for their State Boards. Please note that all areas on campus are also handicap accessible.
