ABOUT OUR PROGRAM
Our 1,250-hour Cosmetology Program is designed to give you the ultimate beauty education experience. As a cosmetologist, your scope of license includes hair, skincare, makeup, and nails. At Noe’ Noonan School of Cosmetology, it is a priority for our students to be well-rounded in all aspects so that you are career-ready upon graduation. Our qualified instructors will teach you everything from the basics to advanced methods in hair design including styling, cutting, color, chemical texturizing, and more. The Cosmetology Program also includes makeup, skincare, hair removal, nail enhancements, manicures, and pedicures.
Move through resume writing and other career ready necessities, as well as instruction and immersion in best practices for building a successful business. Please refer to our catalog for further details regarding this and all programs.
Our curriculum satisfies Pennsylvania state requirements for professional licensing that prepares students for a career in cosmetology. Upon completion of this program, you will be eligible to sit for the Pennsylvania State Cosmetology License exam.

Our plan is not just to teach about cosmetology, we are also teaching networking, branding, goal setting, critical conversations, financial budgeting, and charity work to name a few. LICENSURE
After you complete 1,250 hours, perform required services, pass exams, and fulfill all obligations to the school, you may graduate. You will receive a diploma and be eligible to sit for the Pennsylvania State Cosmetology License exam.
EQUIPMENT & MATERIALS
You will receive a uniform, books (both print and digital), a kit with professional styling tools, high-end professional products, and all materials necessary to successfully complete the Cosmetology Program.
