Dianna Noe’ has 38 successful years in the Cosmetology Industry. She spent 18 years as a director of a cosmetology school. Along with instructing, Dianna has worked in and owned her own salon business for over 33 years. She has also had many other experiences in the beauty industry, including working as a platform artist for an international company. Dianna is excited to share her expertise in teaching cosmetology and her vast business experience with students.

OWNER: SCHOOL SUPERVISOR & TEACHER

Kayla has dedicated 21 years to the Cosmetology Industry. She has spent 17 of those years teaching Cosmetology at both the post-secondary and high school level. Along with teaching in the classroom, Kayla has worked as a hairdresser and salon manager. She has also held an admissions position, assisting with enrollment during her time at the post-secondary cosmetology school. Kayla has a Business Administration Degree from Mercyhurst University. She is a certified educator in the Balayage technique and travels to salons and hair shows to teach other hairdressers how to incorporate this advanced coloring technique into their skill set. She has mastered the art of French haircutting and looks forward sharing this technique with her students. Kayla was presented with the Golden Apple award while teaching at the high school level and considers this her biggest professional accomplishment.

INSTRUCTOR

Taylor has been in the Beauty Industry for 6+ years. As a respected, well-rounded stylist and educator, she is dedicated to delivering quality services and education that exceeds client and student expectations. She has specialized in special event beauty styling, along with hair color, and chemical texture services. Taylor also acquired many certifications in other aspects of the industry such as color correction services, hair extension services, skincare, marketing, sanitation, and various others. She is a firm believer that learning is a lifelong journey and plans to further her education in every avenue to better herself in her career. She aspires to educate all students and clientele to create mastery by blending their unique creativity, vision, and skill with any individual's needs and lifestyle.

INSTRUCTOR

Blair has been in the beauty industry for 30 years and 16 of those years she has been an educator. She has taken a keen interest in the Esthetics and Nails portion of instruction. She has many certifications in skin care, nails, advanced color services, hair extensions and wigs.

Blair has a true passion in teaching and enjoys creating classroom content to best engage her students. She focuses on her students’ accomplishments as they are preparing for their future in the industry.

Gracie has been involved in the Beauty Industry ever since her Sophomore year of High School. Along with being an accomplished stylist and instructor, she is devoted to conveying quality education and to administer remarkable clientele satisfaction. She is committed to creating a positive and uplifting atmosphere, with exceeding educational results. Gracie is passionate towards being a mentor to students, following their journey to success in the Beauty Industry.

She has acquired a variety of certifications ranging from advanced Color Services, advanced Hair Cutting techniques, Hair Extensions, Chemical Texture Services, Marketing and more.

INSTRUCTOR

Tanya has over 15 years of experience in the medical field, which has led her to a progressive path forward in the beauty industry. Blossoming quickly from Noe’ Noonan student to alumni to licensed professional and then to teacher, Tanya wasted no time achieving her dreams. Having the support of her two daughters and husband has allowed her to fully step into this dream. And now, she and her daughter co-own their own salon, Raine Marie’s.

Her favorite part of teaching is empowering her students to be as good as possible. It’s her mission to show up every day, prepared and consistent for her students, so that they match that and learn to show up for themselves and their dreams too.

INSTRUCTOR

Giorgina has 24 years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist, which isn’t surprising considering doing hair runs in her family. She is a mother of 3 children, was born and raised in Erie, and her favorite season is summer.

Giorgina not only teaches at Noe’ Noonan, but she also owns her own business, The Razor’s Edge in Harborcreek for the last 17 years. Her favorite part about teaching is that is keeps her up in the beauty times and in step with the newest and brightest stylists and ideas.

INSTRUCTOR

Danielle is not only an instructor at Noe’ Noonan, but she also owns So Fancy Hair Salon. A Pittsburgh native, “healthy hair advocate”, and texture specialist, Danielle says that doing hair is in her DNA.

When it comes to teaching, Danielle loves inspiring students and cultivating their passion to help them understand how fun and fascinating our industry is — cosmetologists play such an important role in people's lives.

Emily graduated from Mercyhurst University with a degree in English and a heart for creativity and relationship. A combination she’s able to utilize well at Noe’ Noonan. Her favorite things about her job are getting to know the students, being a part of their journey from that first tour, and running Noe’ Noonan’s social media.

Emily also holds a license in Cosmetology herself, having obtained her hours from Erie County Technical School—which is where she first met Kayla Noonan.

Kelli has over 20 years working in Higher Education, including public and private institutions. She has extensive experience working in financial aid and prides herself on her customer service skills. Kelli holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership, with a Master's certificate in Higher Education Administration.

Allyson's love for the beauty industry and people is outstanding. At Noe' Noonan you can meet her at the front desk as the first smile that greets you when you walk in our doors. Along with this, Allyson is a Notary Public and assists in managing our student clinic and office. Outside of Noe' Noonan she can be seen on a stage leading worship for her church & working on her podcast, "Matters of the Heart with Ally and Allyson". She also has founded a local women's conference called The Heart Co. We love that she is a natural born leader and enjoys helping the students with their journeys’. Allyson is always looking forward to meeting and greeting all who enter our doors.

Julie graduated from Gannon University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science and a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. Julie has a passion for the beauty industry, education and helping others. Her experience includes occupational therapy treatment, management, marketing, and teaching in higher education. PLACEMENT & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR

Lisa comes from 27 years in public education at the career and technical level. She has also spent several years in elementary and middle school level grades. She brings with her experience in Special Education and assisting students in accessing resources and tools to ensure success. Lisa believes in continuing education at any point in life. Education is power!

Lisa holds a Master's Degree in Education along with Principal and Director Certifications.
